At Yokam, it is unthinkable to develop tourism if it doesn’t benefit to local populations.
One of the good practices they have implemented is to encourage the students to be good students by giving prices to the best of them.
Thus, every year, the 10 best students of each class of the village’s school, bought thanks to the income of the tourism activity of Yokam.
An effective way to motivate the students and to redistribute wealth localy.
