Through the hotel, replace cut flowers that serve as decoration by plants (just after the germination phase) that can be planted again. Felipe explains us they’re proceeding at la Minga (Colombia) in the video above:
“We replace the traditional flowers vases with baby plants. Cut flowers meet a single use and we usually quickly discard them. We prefer to put, as a decoration, medicinal herbs which are plants that have the ability to make roots again once they have been cut if we put them in water.”
