Véronique Bregeon, the owner of the Lecoq-Gadby hotel, has opted for recruiting staff for the hotel under criterias including the distance between candidate addresses and that of the hotel.

This choice comes from working towards the reduction of CO2 emissions that contribute to global warming: Almost all employees can get to work on foot or by bicycle.

Additionally, local recruitment maximises employee attachment to the local heritage.[/box]
