Description

A library…

Some facilities have a reading corner, with books that sometimes can travel. Others even have a library. In La Source aux Lamantins, in Senegal, there is a big library where we can find african books, french, english, german books, yoga, ayurveda, wellness books, but also books of Leopold Sedar Senghor. Because La Source aux Lamantins is located in the village he was born but also because Anne-Catherine, owner of the place, is from the same family.

Open to all!

And the particularity of this nice library is that it is open to all. In a village where there is no library and where the access to book is no easy thing, it is precious to have such a place.

The students of the village, when they don’t have class, often come to the library they share with the travellers, in this peaceful place.
