Description

HOW TO RESPONSIBLY WASH DISHES

The no waste, no contamination system.

1) Use a wet sponge without soap to take off the food residues from bowls and spoons. The water and food collected in the sponge are squeezed into a small basin. These left-overs are given to the pigs afterwards. Nicola says that «  This is a kind of soup for them. » This step eliminates grease from the dishes and provides the pigs with extra goodies.

2) Use a second sponge with bio-soap to wash the bowls and spoons. (a soapy sponge, not soapy water uses less soap)

3) In a second water basin rinse the soapy dishes with clean water.

4) In a third basin rinse again  in clean water and natural disinfectant (made with grapefruit seed extract)

5) Let the dishes air dry.
