Protection of the environment and diversity guarantee the quality of the products.
Tall stem apple and pear trees have been growing in the domain’s orchards for more than 15 years. They are of course organic (no pesticides, fertilizers, weedkillers,…).
Organic apple juice and other organic drinks such as cider, Halbi (norman cider made with apples and pears), perry, Calvados, etc. are always made at the farm.
There are also hives in the farm and you can find homemade honey in the shop !
Results of organic production are excellent :

Hervé even wonders why some other farms work differently… because at the end of the day, non-organic production turns out to be more complicated !
