To stay at the picturesque I-Ul-Lak (“good travellers”) guesthouse, also used as the headquarters for Jeju Ecotours, is to discover Jeju island’s rural environment. An ideal location to live in the present and relax in the middle of the beautiful onion and mandarin fields. Located a 15 minute car-ride away from the Camellia Hills wetland, and 5 minutes walking distance from the Dolharbang Grand-Father Statues park, this site is perfect for a short stay between couples, families and friends.
The site offers 4 private rooms with individual bathrooms that can accommodate from 1 to 4 guests. A private house can accommodate up to 20 guests with 4 separate rooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and washer. A beautifully sunlight community room is also available to all guests for cooking and engaging with other travellers. It can also be used for meetings and trainings (a video-projector can be arranged).
I-Ul-Lak produces its own green energy thanks to a well-organized solar panel system, and is dedicated to recycling all wastes. The guest-house plans to build a rain-water recycling system in the near future.
I-Ul-Lak is a great representation of Je-Ryang’s vision (Jeju Ecotours). It is truly axed on responsible tourism and centered on sharing, so that each and every one of its guests can live a unique experience.
The good traveler home can’t wait to host you during your trip in Jeju Island.
