Skander and Émilie are a young french couple who decided to start a great adventure in the village of Yanque, right into the beautiful Colca valley at the doorstep of the very well-known Colca Canyon, famous for their Condors observation. Chakapata Ecolodge was built with the help of various volunteers (especially through the website www.workaway.info), using natural materials and ancestrals technics from the region.
